#StatAttack: Silverstone for Moto3™

Stats and numbers for the lightweight runners at the British GP

First up, none of the riders currently competing in the Moto3™ race have won a grand prix at the Silverstone circuit!

Brad Binder (Red Bull KTM Ajo) has only managed to score one point from his four Moto3™ starts at Silverstone – a 15th place in 2014. Last year Binder, crashed on the third lap and re-started only to crash again later in the race.

Jorge Navarro (Estrella Galicia 0,0) qualified on pole last year at Silverstone – the only occasions so far in his grand prix career that he has been on pole. In the race at Silverstone last year Navarro crashed out of the race at Maggots on the opening lap - in torrential conditions.

Enea Bastianini (Gresini Racing Moto3) finished third in the Moto3™ race at Silverstone in 2014. Last year, he crashed out of the race on the penultimate lap when running in sixth position.

Jakub Kornfeil (Drive M7 SIC Racing Team) finished second last year at Silverstone – his best ever grand prix result. Two years ago he set the fastest lap of the race on his way to finishing fifth at Silverstone, which equalled his best grand prix result at that time.

Niccolo Antonelli (Ongetta-Rivacold) took the final podium place last year at Silverstone, after starting the race down in 18th place on the grid.
