RBA Racing Team had a fantastic FP1 at the Circuit de la Comunitat Valenciana to go quickest with Juanfran Guevera just ahead of teammate Gabriel Rodrigo, as reigning Champion Brad Binder (Red Bull KTM Ajo) completed the top three.
Leopard Racing’s Fabio Quartararo was fourth, just ahead of his teammates - Rookie of the Year contender Joan Mir in P5, and Andrea Locatelli in sixth.
RW Racing GP BV’s Livio Loi was seventh, with winner last time out Francesco Bagnaia (Pull&Bear Aspar Mahindra), Aron Canet (Estrella Galicia 0,0) and Niccolo Antonelli (Ongetta-Rivacold) completing the top ten.
Two key contenders for P2 in the Championship, Enea Bastianini (Gresini Racing Moto3) and Jorge Navarro (Estrella Galicia 0,0) both suffered crashes in the session, with Navarro headed to the Medical Center for a check up following his incident.
