Dovizioso: "Brno is one of the most difficult circuits"

Italian recharged and ready for Act 2 of 2017

He’s won two races, he’s led the Championship and he’s right up there in the closest title fight since the current scoring system was introduced: 2017 is a good one so far for Andrea Dovizioso (Ducati Team). After a more difficult German GP for the Italian, the summer break was a chance to recharge and get ready for the final push towards the finale.

Brno has seen ‘DesmoDovi’ on the podium in all classes, but the Italian has never won there. After a stunning first half of the season, is that about to change?

Andrea Dovizioso: “I spent a month relaxing during the summer and I’m now ready for the second half of the season, all excited about the next race in the Czech Republic. Brno is one of the most beautiful and difficult circuits on the world championship calendar, but it’s always a fascinating place. In the last few years I haven’t gone particularly well there, but I’ll be making every effort to bring home a good result this weekend.”
