Tom Lüthi (CarXpert Interwetten) stamped some authority on FP3 at the Red Bull RIng as he chases down the 17 point deficit he faces to Champioship leader Franco Morbidelli (EG 0,0 Marc VDS). Morbidelli was seventh as Francesco Bagnaia (Sky Racing Team VR46) and Mattia Pasini (Italtrans Racing Team) locked out the fastest trio in third practice.
