Despite her young age, Carrasco accumulated numerous victories under her belt and competed in several championships from 2005 to date. 2009 proved to be successful year for her as she became champion of the Extremeña 125cc class, the Murcia 125cc class and the Copa de España 2T. In 2011 she became the first female to score points in the CEV 125 Championship and in 2012 she was the first female to make it into the new Moto3™ format in the same championship. For 2013 she will partner Maverick Viñales in the JHK T-Shirt Laglisse team as she makes the step up to the Moto3 World Championship.
