Profile
The young Italian from Umbria won the 2011 Italian national Superstock championship riding a Ducati, and finished runner-up in the 2011 FIM Superstock 1000 Cup. Petrucci has been a test rider for Ducati’s Superbike and in 2012 will get his first taste of the World Championship, jumping straight into the premier class with the Ioda Racing Project team. Together they will embark on an ambitious MotoGP project aboard their very own frame to challenge at the highest level.
