I have an account but forgot my password - How can I retrieve it ?

If you do not remember your password, you should go to Forgot Password on the upper right side of our main page and write your email address. You will then receive an email helping you reset your password.

Adjust the current settings of your e-mail provider such as Spam filters, Safe list, send Spam to Spam folder, etc. so that it accepts mails from and check that there is available mailbox space.

I cannot login

If the login boxes are red-framed, it means that the login information you are entering is wrong.

Go to Forgot Password at the top of the page and write your email address. You will then receive an email helping you reset your password.

I am not able to access the contact form. What should I do?

In case you are not able to access the regular contact form on the website, we suggest that you contact us from this link.


Why am I being asked to validate my email address?

You are being asked to validate your email address either because you never got to validate it after creating your account, or because one of our emails couldn't be delivered to your current email address.

A valid email address is required to be able to use your motogp.com account.

You just need to click on the 'Resend confirmation email' button that appears in the popup. You will then receive an email with a link to validate your address. After clicking on that link, you will be taken to the motogp.com website, where a message confirming the email validation will appear. You will then be able to browse on motogp.com as always.

In case your current email address is no longer valid, you will be able to change it after clicking on the 'Update your email address' button that appears in the popup. After changing it, you will need to validate it.

Can I access my account on different devices simultaneously?

You can access your account on different devices as long as you are connecting from the same IP (internet connection). The access is limited to one IP address simultaneously, according to the video pass purchase policy.

The account cannot be shared.

Why do I have to verify my account?

For security purposes and in order to use all of the features of motogp.com or purchase MotoGP VideoPass, you will need to provide a valid e-mail address to ensure we can deliver important messages to you.

You won't be able to use your motogp.com account until you validate your account by clicking on the link that appears on the account validation email or in the popup on our website.
