What do I get to see with the Full Season VideoPass?
Full Features include:
-Live and OnDemand coverage: watch every session of all three categories Live Online and OnDemand in High-Definition.
-Interactive Time Line: Instantly jump to key moments of the race, such as overtakes, run-offs, crashes or slow-motion replays, by clicking on time line markers – available for Live Video and for OnDemand sessions.
-New Events Feature: Keep track of all the key moments during races and sessions, such as overtakes, run-offs, crashes or slow-motion replays.
-DVR Live Video: DVR (Digital Video Recorder) allows viewers to pause live video and resume playback from the paused location. Viewers can also rewind a live event, play the recorded section, and forward to the back live section.
-OnBoard Experience: Full MotoGP™ races available with OnBoard cameras.
-From any device: Access MotoGP™ Races with your PC & Mac, iPhone, iPad or Android Devices.*
-Live Timing: Monitor every fraction of a second with our new and improved Live Timing, featuring all-important info such as split sector times, last lap, fastest lap and more.

What is the video format?
The 2013 races are available in HD format for the 3 categories, both live and on-demand. HD delivers quality of 1280x720px at 4Mbps depending on your bandwidth, and Hi-Res is 960x540px at 3Mbps. All sessions from all categories on each GP weekend are available in high res quality live and on-demand.
For how long can I use my Full Season VideoPass?
The 2013 season video pass will be valid until November 11, 2013.
The seasonal subscription purchased after January 30 will automatically renew on 11th November 2013. If you wish to cancel the annual automatic renewal feature you should follow the link in the confirmation email and edit your profile.
If your automatic renewal feature is set to auto-renew, your Season VideoPass will automatically be renewed at the end of this period. Then you will be able to enjoy uninterrupted service and the full Off Season.
How can I see the videos?
Before trying to watch a video, make sure you are logged in. For the best possible experience when viewing motogp.com videos and when using the web-based live timing, please ensure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player as well as a recent version of your internet browser.
When is Live Video on?
Live Video will be available for Free practices, Qualifying, Warm ups and races of all categories during Grand Prix weekends. Please consult the events schedule in the Calendar and circuits section.
Which languages is the video commentary in ?
The live commentary is available in English only.
The daily highlights commentary during the GP weekend may be available in English, Italian and Spanish.
The interviews are usually available in English or in the interviewee native language.
What does auto-renewal mean?
When you purchase a MotoGP Full Season VideoPass subscription, you also accept the Terms and Conditions allowing your subscription to be automatically renewed the following season and each subsequent season.
You will be notified of this impending charge by email at the email address you provided during sign up. We will also advise you of any price changes at this time as well as any other material changes to the subscription terms. You will then have an opportunity to cancel your subscription if you do not want it renewed for the following season. Please be advised that if you do not affirmatively cancel your subscription by the date provided in our email notice then it will be automatically renewed and the credit card on file will be charged based on the subscription price indicated in the email notification.
What is the auto-renewal policy for MotoGP VideoPass?
For MotoGP Full Season VideoPass and Half Season VideoPass subscribers, your subscription will automatically renew giving subscribers the benefit of not having to worry about signing up for MotoGP VideoPass year after year. Your subscription will automatically renew in advance of the start of the next MotoGP season so that you can enjoy uninterrupted access to MotoGP VideoPass. You may opt out of auto-renewal billing at any time.
How do I cancel auto-renewal for my subscription?
You can cancel auto-renewal billing for your MotoGP Full Season and Monthly VideoPass at any time before it auto renews on or about on or about November 11th.
To cancel auto-renewal billing for your Full Season VideoPass subscription, please visit your VideoPass section on your profile after clicking on your email address in bold once logged in. Set the automatic renewal feature to Disabled.
What is the refund Policy for MotoGP VideoPass?
Except where we offer, at our absolute discretion, an applicable VideoPass exchange or refund facility, VideoPasses cannot be refunded after purchase. We shall not be liable to make any refund or pay any compensation. Where a refund is sought you must bring this to our attention, as soon as possible upon becoming aware of, any circumstance that give you right to it. The refund, if the VideoPass was never successfully used, might equal the selling price of the VideoPass purchased less any commission from the Pay Platform, your bank or any third party. In order to claim your refund, if you have any right to it, please apply in writing to us through the website contact form. The refund shall only be made to the person who purchased the VideoPass and using the same method as was used to purchase the VideoPass.
What are the minimum system requirements?
The minimum requirements are:
- Intel Core i5 or equivalent AMD processor (*) with a minimum of 2GB of memory (4 GB for MultiScreen)

- Adobe Flash player version 11.2
- A broadband internet connection of 4 Mbps or higher (12 Mbps for MultiScreen)
- 1024x768 resolution or higher
