Help - Registration Issues

• How can I change my user details?
• To modify your username, you should log in our website, then click on your username which will be in bold letters (next to User) and you will access your personal options area.


• Submit at the bottom of the page. If you do not remember your user name and/or password, you can select Forgot Password? at the top of the page and write your email address, you will then receive an email helping you reset your password.
• How can I change the email address on my registration?
• To modify your e-mail address, you should log in our website, then click on your username which will be in bold letters (next to User) and you will access your personal options area.


• Select Edit and modify the field that needs to be changed (your E-mail address) and then click on Submit at the bottom of the page. If you do not remember your user name and/or password, you can go to Forgot Password? at the top of the page and write your email address, you will then receive an email helping you reset your password.
• I have registered but my username does not work
• After filling in the registration form you should have received an email with a link to activate your account. Your username will not be valid until you activate your account.
• I have forgotten my password
• At the top of the page you will see a question which reads: Forgot password? Simply fill in the box with your username or e-mail address and we will send you an e-mail helping you reset your password.
• I cannot register
• For the registration, the allowed characters are: A...Z, a...z, 0...9. We recommend you avoid names of riders and motorcycles, since most of them are already taken. Make sure all the fields are filled in. We suggest a combination of your first and last name, with numbers, etc.
• I have registered and have not received my activation key
• Adjust your current settings of your e-mail provider such as Spam filters, safe list, send Spam to Spam folder, Control Who I Get Mail From, senders control, etc., so that it accepts mail from mail@motogp.com and check that there is available mailbox space. If you have not received the Activation Key it in the next few minutes after completing the registration process again, please let us know.
