I have an account but forgot my password - How can I retrieve it ?

If you do not remember your password, you should go to Forgot Password on the upper right side of our main page and write your email address. You will then receive an email helping you reset your password.

Adjust the current settings of your e-mail provider such as Spam filters, Safe list, send Spam to Spam folder, etc. so that it accepts mails from and check that there is available mailbox space.

I cannot view video content after purchasing a package

Make sure you are correctly logged in and that you have a valid package. We suggest you upgrade your Flash Macromedia Plug to the newest version.

Then check your Navigator configuration and the cookies. If the cookies have been deactivated, please activate them and clear the old ones. Delete the cache, then try again to log into the homepage.

If you have any firewall or anti pop-up software we suggest you desactivate them.

We also recommend you to close any other applications open on your computer while viewing the video. If you have a standard video pass, make sure that you are selecting standard videos and not high res ones. If it still doesn't work please use the contact form and fill in the required fields.

The videos are jerky, jumpy or frozen

If you have a fast enough connection, then it will be due to a configuration on your computer.

Connection speeds required :

HD one video feed : 4 Mbps
HD multiscreen video feed : 12 Mbps


Please check that you do not have any firewall or router security that might cause blocks on the video or have any program open that might be using bandwidth during the live session.

Please also make sure that your line is not being relied on by any third parties and that there is no interference being caused by any device on your connection.

We suggest you close any other applications on your computer while viewing the video, and to try to view it with another browser.

How can I buy a package? What are the prices and conditions?

Please visit our Subscribe section where you will find a description of all the packages available for purchase, a video sample that we recommend you test, and the format descriptions.

When the payment is successfully made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an order code. The invoice will be automatically sent a few days after your purchase.

You will be able to see the package your purchased in your profile (after logging in and clicking on Edit your account).

What is the video format?

The 2013 races are available in HD format for the 3 categories, both live and on-demand. HD delivers quality of 1280x720px at 4Mbps depending on your bandwidth, and Hi-Res is 960x540px at 3Mbps. All sessions from all categories on each GP weekend are available in high res quality live and on-demand.

Are the videos compatible with iPad, iPhone and Android?

Yes, our videos from 2010 up to the current season are compatible with the iPad, iPhone and Android devices. Some features such as the video tags are not available on those devices.

How can I see the videos?

Before trying to watch a video, make sure you are logged in. For the best possible experience when viewing motogp.com videos and when using the web-based live timing, please ensure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player as well as a recent version of your internet browser.

What do I get to see with the One-Event VideoPass?

With MotoGP One Event VideoPass you get the same access and feature of MotoGP Full Season VideoPass for the duration of the event. Access begins when purchased and ends Tuesday after the GP weekend at 23:59h GMT.

For how long can I use my One-Event VideoPass?

The VideoPass permissions expire at 23:59 GMT on the Tuesday following the Grand Prix. (Please note: For the TT Assen this VideoPass will run from the Monday preceding the Grand Prix to the Monday following it)

Which languages is the video commentary in ?

The live commentary is available in English only.

The daily highlights commentary during the GP weekend may be available in English, Italian and Spanish.

The interviews are usually available in English or in the interviewee native language.
