Brad Binder (Red Bull KTM Ajo) waited until track conditions were at their best to steal the top spot from Drive M7 SIC Racing Team’s Jakub Kornfeil at Sepang, with Francesco Bagnaia (Pull&Bear Aspar Mahindra) translating his FP2 pace in the wet to an impressive dry run in FP3.

Fabio Quartararo (Leopard Racing) had a consistently fast run to end the session fourth, with teammate Joan Mir completing the top five.

Estrella Galicia 0,0’s Jorge Navarro suffered a late lowside at Turn 14 on his hottest lap, and ended the session in sixth, ahead of Pull&Bear Aspar Mahindra’s Jorge Martin. Marcos Ramirez (Platinum Bay Real Estate) had an impressive run to end the session in P8, with the top ten completed by Sky Racing Team VR46 riders Lorenzo Dalla Porta and Andrea Migno.
