Marco Bezzecchi (Redox PruestelGP) went fastest in FP3 and took over at the top of the combined standings ahead of Moto3™ qualifying, with the Italian cutting off more than half-a-second of laptime to take P1 from Aron Canet (Estrella Galicia 0,0). Canet also improved and is now second fastest overall but three tenths in arrears, with Jorge Martin (Del Conca Gresini Moto3) P3 on the combined timesheets courtesy of his fastest lap on Friday.

His teammate Fabio Di Giannantonio was a high profile crasher in the session - rider ok - as he suffered a fast lowside at Turn 7. But the bike sustained a good amount of damage and the Italian was forced to miss the majority of the session after the early mishap.
