How to unsubscribe from Newsletters
To unsubscribe yourself from our daily Newsletters, you should log into our website, then click on "Edit your account" and you will access your personal options area.
Select "Edit" and unselect the Newsletter field. Then click on Submit at the bottom of the page.
If you do not remember your user name and/or password, you can go to Forgot Password at the top of the page and write your email address. You will then receive an email helping you to reset your password.
I forgot my password - How can I retrieve it ?
If you do not remember your user name and/or password, you should go to Forgot Password on the upper right side of our main page and write your email address. You will then receive an email helping you reset your password.
Adjust the current settings of your e-mail provider such as Spam filters, Safe list, send Spam to Spam folder, etc. so that it accepts mails from no-reply@motogp.com and check that there is available mailbox space.
I cannot view video content after purchasing a package
Make sure you are correctly logged in and that you have a valid package. We suggest you upgrade your Flash Macromedia Plug to the newest version.
Then check your Navigator configuration and the cookies. If the cookies have been deactivated, please activate them and clear the old ones. Delete the cache, then try again to log into the homepage.
If you have any firewall or anti pop-up software we suggest you desactivate them.
We also recommend you to close any other applications open on your computer while viewing the video. If you have a standard video pass, make sure that you are selecting standard videos and not high res ones. If it still doesn't work please use the contact form, providing the following information:
- IP
- ISP and service contracted
- City and country you are located in
- OS, Flash version and browser version
- Do you encounter the same problem viewing on demand videos and live video?
The videos are jerky, jumpy or frozen
If you have a fast enough connection (1,5 MB minimum and maintaining 1,200 kbps), then it will be due to a configuration on your computer. Please check that you do not have any firewall or router security that might cause blocks on the video or have any program open that might be using bandwidth during the live session.
Please also make sure that your line is not being relied on by any third parties and that there is no interference being caused by any device on your connection.
We suggest you close any other applications on your computer while viewing the video, and to try to view it with another browser.

Please visit our Subscribe section where you will find a description of all the packages available for purchase, two video samples that we recommend you test, and the format descriptions.
When the payment is successfully made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an order code (DDOR)
We suggest you activate all your cookies to make the purchase.
Also make sure that you don't have any Firewall that might be blocking or erasing the cookies.
If it still doesn't work after activating all the cookies, please make the purchase using the link "If you are experiencing problems with the payment process, click here".
You will find this link on the payment page, above the credit cards box.
If it still doesn't work, we suggest you try purchasing the package with a different credit card, or to contact your bank, as your financial institution may have changed any security settings.
I didn't receive a registration e-mail
After registering you should have received an e-mail with a one-time password that allows you to login the website and then enter the password of your choose. Check your Spam folder to see if the e-mail was delivered there. If you don't find it, you can go to Forgot Password at the top of the page and write your email address.
