Hollywood superstar talks about his favourite riders, and life on two wheels

Two-wheel apasionado Keanu Reeves recently spoke to about MotoGP™, motorcycling and what he admires about his favourite riders on the grid – as well as recently making a dream a reality. So does Reeves have a favourite rider?

Keanu Reeves: “I have a few, for different reasons. Marquez is brave and tenacious like a lion, Rossi is super intelligent and his technicality is amazing, and he’s very brave competing. I admire the purity of Lorenzo’s riding, he is so precise and once he’s in front…the race is over for the rest because you know he’s going to win. I also like Pedrosa. He’s a fantastic guy and I admire the way he competes with the younger riders. Viñales and Iannone are the most interesting prospects in the future…I can’t choose one.”

Certainly a well-versed fan of the Championship:

KR: “MotoGP is really interesting at the moment, there are really strong personalities, different riding styles, brands like Yamaha that give everything…and we’ll have to see what Ducati are able to do, if Aprilia can evolve and get in the fight…and of course, Honda.”

And as well as the racing, the riders and the bikes, MotoGP™ also visits some of the most beautiful circuits in the world – and Reeves plans on visiting even more of them, after making a dream come true in going to Phillip Island recently:

KR: “Recently I fulfilled one of my dreams to go to Phillip Island, and I would love to be able to ride at Mugello and go to a race in Valencia, because they’ve told me that the experience of the last race of the year is something really unique. The circuit is incredible and I’d love to experience the atmosphere.”
