Celebrating 20 years of MotoGP in Malaysia

On Wednesday evening MotoGP Officials joined local authorities and the Sepang International Circuit promoters to celebrate 20 years of MotoGP racing in Malaysia.

The Saloma Theatre Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur played host to a special gala dinner on Wednesday evening as festivities for the 20th anniversary of the Malaysian Grand Prix got underway.

A host of MotoGP Officials gathered alongside team staff and riders to mark the occasion, with Dorna Sports CEO Carmelo Ezpeleta being joined by Sepang International Circuit CEO Razlan Razali to reminisce over two decades of MotoGP Racing in Malaysia.

There were also special appearances by MotoGP Legend Mick Doohan and nine-time World Champion Valentino Rossi, along with 2010 Championship leader Jorge Lorenzo.
