De Meglio: "I can’t wait to be back on the bike!"

Avintia Racing’s Mike Di Meglio gives his feedback on the second pre-season test of 2015 at the Sepang circuit in Malaysia.

Despite feeling ill the Frenchman managed a total of 112 laps, and recorded a 2’01.487 as his best time over the 3 days, good enough for 20th overall.

“Today, things have gone in the right direction considering lap times. I remain convinced that our room for improvements remains important. I also think that track conditions were not really optimal this last day. Of course, it was the same case for other riders. Despite an overall lower pace, I was able to improve by seven tenths my time performed during the first test. Our understanding of the Ducati is improving every lap. I can’t wait to be back on the bike for the next test in Qatar.”
