Danny Webb set for World Championship return

The Platinum Bay Real Estate team will bring in Britain's Danny Webb to replace Karel Hanika, who will leave the team.

With no results after seven official races, the Platinum-Bay Real Estate team has decided to terminate the contract and to replace Karel Hanika. The decision was also a result of problems between the rider and the bike which were evident from the start of the season and have never been solved. This situation left no hope for improvement in view of the future stages of the World Championship.

In the place of Hanika comes Danny Webb, born in 1991, the UK Rider who has ridden during the winter of 2015/2016 as a test rider and had a tangible contribution to the development of Mahindra (Platinum Bay Real Estate’s bike). Webb is a rider who can already boast impressive results, even if he has been out of the World Championship circus for several seasons. Webb’s teammate obviously remains Darryn Binder.
