#SanMarinoGP: Moto2™ Sunday Guide

Qualifying's quickest get the #StatAttack treatment in San Marino

- Johann Zarco (Ajo Motorsport) starts from pole position for the fourth time in 2016. He won the Moto2™ race at Misano last year; also from pole position.

- Takaaki Nakagami (Idemitsu Honda Team Asia) returns to the front row for the first time since he was on pole at the Sachsenring. Nakagami finished third last year at Misano – his only podium finish of 2015.

- Lorenzo Baldassarri (Forward Racing) starts from third place on the grid, equaling his best ever GP qualifying result achieved in Mugello earlier this year. In the Italian GP he went on to finish second - the last time he was on the podium.

- Heading the second row is Sam Lowes (Gresini Racing Moto2), who has failed to score any points in his two previous Moto2™ races at Misano.

- In fifth place on the grid is Franco Morbidelli (Estrella Galicia 0,0 Marc VDS), who has finished in second place twice in the last three races.

- Tom Luthi (Garage Plus Interwetten), starting from sixth place on the grid, will be aiming for back-to-back wins for the first time in his grand prix career after winning at Silverstone one week ago.
