Aleix Espargaro: “I can’t wait to ride in Argentina”

Aprilia rider looking to confirm an incredible P6 in Qatar

Aleix Espargaro (Aprilia Racing Team Gresini) had a tough starting position in the Qatar GP, left down in P15 after qualifying was rained off and combined practice times decided the grid. By the end of the race, however, the Spaniard had sliced through the complete the top six – and crossed the line only just behind the Repsol Hondas of Marc Marquez and Dani Pedrosa. The incredible comeback was the best result for Aprilia since their return to MotoGP™ at the start of 2015, and took Espargaro into parc ferme as top Independent Team rider.

Good way to start this adventure! Grazie ragazzi! @aprilia_official ????

Now? Confirmation of the pace is on the cards, as the deck shuffles to Termas de Rio Hondo.

Aleix Espargaro: "After the good sensations in Qatar, I can't wait to ride in Argentina. It's a track that I really like and I'm always comfortable with my riding style there. I hope to be able to get an optimal set up in race conditions, but at the same time I would like to battle for a good position in QP too."

Focus! ????⚡️
