Biaggi looks back at his incredible career

Four-time World Champion flashes back to his best moments in the MotoGP™ paddock

Ahead of the Gran Premio d’Italia Oakley, four-time World Champion Max Biaggi sat down to talk to motogp.com about some of his best memories in the World Championship, looking back at some of his biggest achievements.

Biaggi’s first successes saw him become 250 World Champion in 1994 for the first time, riding an Aprilia, and the first title prefaced three more. Incredibly defending the crown in 1995 and then for two more seasons with the Italian manufacturer, Biaggi then moved up to the premier class in 1998 with his four back-to-back crowns.

Two wins and an incredible eight podiums as a rookie in 1998 established Biaggi in the 500 World Championship, and the Italian would go on from there to become one of the most famous faces in the paddock.  On 500cc machinery and in the new MotoGP™ era, Biaggi took 13 wins before he moved to WorldSBK in 2007 – where he took two more World Championships.
