As is now accustomed for the British Grand Prix, Thursday sees the paddock open for The Day of Champions; a day of activities in aid of Two Wheels for Life, the official charity of MotoGP™, raising money to fund programmes in Africa that ensure life-saving healthcare gets to rural communities using reliable transport - on two wheels!

The British weather held off for non-stop live entertainment, including music, stunt shows and opportunities to meet the MotoGP™ riders. Closing the day was the Two Wheels for Life Day of Champions auction, hosted by BT Sport presenters and Two Wheels for Life co-founder and MotoGP™ Legend Randy Mamola. Fans had the opportunity to bid on exclusive memorabilia and once-in-a-life-time experiences, with an incredible £103,670 raised in auction (£290,300 in total) and all proceeds going to a great cause.
