Miguel Oliveira (Red Bull KTM Ajo) was top in FP3 for the intermediate class after a last minute push, but it was tight at the top as conditions improved to dry for Moto2™ - Augusto Fernandez (Pons HP 40) was only 0.062 off, and Championship leader Francesco Bagnaia (Sky Racing Team VR46) was just a thousandth behind him. Marcel Schrötter (Dynavolt Intact GP) remains second overall, however.

There were a good number of crashers in the session after the day had dawned damp, although it was slicks all the way for Moto2™. Joan Mir (EG 0,0 Marc VDS), teammate Alex Marquez and Brad Binder were all amongst those who went down.
Unlucky!
