Time schedule: PTT Thailand Grand Prix

Alarm clocks at the ready, it's time for the first fly-away race of 2019

With the main European leg of the season behind us, it’s time to gear up for the first of four fly-away races in the form of the PTT Thailand Grand Prix.

For the fans in Europe who are used to the 8/9am FP1 start, get ready to set your alarm clocks earlier, with Thailand’s time zone being GMT+7. As usual, Moto3™ FP1 will begin at 09:00 local time, with the MotoGP™ riders roaring out of pitlane at 09:55. MotoGP™ FP2 takes place at 14:10 local time.

Saturday’s action-packed schedule also begins at 09:00 with Moto3™ FP3, with the premier class (09:55) and Moto2™ (10:55) following suit ahead of qualifying. MotoGP™ qualifying kicks off at 14:10 with Q1, the fight for pole position goes green at 14:35.

Race day in Buriram starts at 08:40 with Moto3™ Warm Up, with the lightweight class race commencing at 11:00. 12:20 will be the Moto2™ race before MotoGP™ take centre stage at 14:00.
