Dorna Sports CEO Carmelo Ezpeleta and Sporting Director Carlos Ezpeleta have visited the Mandalika Circuit construction site to check the ongoing work of the Indonesian circuit ahead of MotoGP™ arriving in Lombok in 2021.
The pair were given a tour of the site on which the circuit is being built ahead of it hosting rounds for both the MotoGP™ World Championship and WorldSBK Championship in just two years.
The circuit, which will be 4.31 kilometres in length and contain 17 corners, is currently being built to schedule with the first planned MotoGP™ visit set for the start of 2021 for a three-day, pre-season test.
