Smith and Espargaro are currently at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli for three days of private testing, as the duo look to pick up where they left off in Qatar with the brand-new, hugely promising RS-GP. News of Espargaro’s teammate for the remainder of 2020 and 2021 is yet to be confirmed by the team as they await a verdict on Andrea Iannone, with the Spaniard recently signing a new two-year deal with the Noale factory.
