Following a resounding debut season, MotoGP™ Fantasy is back, offering fans the chance to manage their favourite riders and test their skills against friends and other gamers, while being in with a chance to win some amazing prizes.
Team Suzuki Ecstar’s Joan Mir rose to the top on circuit to be crowned the 2020 MotoGP™ World Champion in what was one of the most exciting season of motorcycle racing in years. He fought off the competition to take home the title, and he will have his work cut out to keep it with a number of new riders in new colours vying for glory.
The likes of Fabio Quartararo and Maverick Viñales (Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP) will be determined to end Yamahas six-year wait for a title, while the Ducatis will be aiming to back up their Constructors Championship victory with further honours in 2021.
Let’s not forget about Franco Morbidelli either, last year’s runner up is now partnered with nine-time World Champion Valentino Rossi at Petronas Yamaha SRT, and he will be looking to draw on The Doctor's considerable experience to go one better this season. If Mir thought the competition outside the garage was fierce, it is inside it too. It’s no secret that Alex Rins has his eyes on the prize, hoping that this can be his year after enviously watching on as his teammate took top step honours.
Lest we not forget the Repsol Hondas, where Pol Espargaro’s rapid adaptation to the RC213V didn’t go unnoticed in the Qatar Test, while the impending return of eight-time Champion Marc Marquez looms over the rest of the grid.
With so many storylines and subplots already developing, it is anybody’s guess as to who will come out on top, not just in the Qatar double, but the Championship as a whole.

Over 65,000 fans competed during the 2020 MotoGP™ season, with more than 6,500 leagues created as gamers competed for bragging rights against friends. With a selection of private and public leagues to play in, the excitement never stops! However, if being the best isn’t enough for you, there are plenty of brilliant prizes on offer too.
This year, weekly winners will receive Grand Prix tickets, for when we can once again be side by side in the grandstands, a subscription to MotoGP™ VideoPass as well as a Motul Product Package. So how can you win some of these amazing prizes? It’s simple, go to fantasy.motogp.com and start building your team! Fans select a constructor and four riders – two for a Gold team and two for a Silver Team – and those riders get a score based on their performance in each real-life Grand Prix. Players can then trade riders within an allocated salary cap, working towards creating their very own dream team.
