Hiroki Ono (Honda Team Asia) went quickest in Moto3™ morning Warm Up at the Twin Ring Motegi, ahead of Gabriel Rodrigo (RBA Racing) and Enea Bastianini (Gresini Racing Moto3). Andrea Migno (Sky Racing Team VR46) and Philipp Oettl (Schedl Racing GP) completed the top five.
With lap times around a second behind those of Saturday, conditions remained good with blue skies overhead. Brad Binder (Red Bull KTM Ajo) was P6, with rookie Fabio DiGiannantonio (Gresini Racing Moto3) slotting in ahead of Binder’s brother Darryn Binder (Platinum Bay Real Estate) in P8. Brno winner John McPhee (Peugeot MC Saxoprint) was ninth, with Bo Bendsneyder (Red Bull KTM Ajo) completing the top ten.
