After a weekend of terrible weather at Phillip Island, Sunday’s skies saw sun finally greet the grid on their way out pitlane, with Leopard Racing’s Andrea Locatelli topping the timesheets. Polesitter and World Champion Brad Binder (Red Bull KTM Ajo) was second, with Jorge Martin (Pull&Bear Aspar Mahindra), Gabriel Rodrigo (RBA Racing Team) and Locatelli’s teammate Joan Mir completing the top five.
Fabio Di Giannantonio (Gresini Racing Moto3), Jorge Navarro (Estrella Galicia 0,0), Juanfran Guevara (RBA Racing Team), Livio Loi (RW Racing GP BV) and Jakub Kornfeil (Drive M7 SIC Racing Team) completed the top ten.
