Alex Marquez (EG 0,0 Marc VDS) followed his timesheet-topping Friday by doing the same in FP3 at the Qatar GP, making an early claim on the first 25 points of the year. Lorenzo Baldassarri (Pons HP 40) was just over a tenth behind his fellow Kalex rider, ahead of a double KTM challenge from Miguel Oliveira (Red Bull KTM Ajo) and teammate Brad Binder.
