Two by two was the calling card of FP4, with Andrea Iannone (Team Suzuki Ecstar) heading teammate Alex Rins at the top – and Marc Marquez (Repsol Honda Team) leading his teammate Dani Pedrosa in P3 and P4.
Marquez also took a tumble early in the session at Turn 2 – rider ok and the crash low drama – and things got a little close between Aleix Espargaro (Aprilia Racing Team Gresini) and Maverick Viñales (Movistar Yamaha MotoGP).
Viñales is now one big name heading for Q1 after failing to get automatic entry to Q2 in FP3, and he’s joined by Championship leader Andrea Dovizioso (Ducati Team).
