Maverick Viñales (Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP) set a 1:40.315 in MotoGP™ FP4 at the Gran Premi Monster Energy de Catalunya to beat Pol Espargaro (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing) by 0.020, with Joan Mir (Team Suzuki Ecstar) just 0.037 off Viñales’ pace in P3.

The top five in FP4 were split by less than a tenth. Valentino Rossi (Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP) and Fabio Quartararo (Petronas Yamaha SRT) the duo that completed the fastest five in FP4, with just 0.534 seconds splitting the top 17.
