Silverstone fans will not have to wait as long for the next MotoGP™ at the iconic British circuit. The 2022 British Grand Prix will move to an earlier date in August with confirmation of the race happening from August 5th to 7th next year. The new date has been agreed in cooperation with Dorna, in order to fit in with the 2022 calendar.

We want everyone to experience the highest level of motorcycle racing in the UK and we are investing a huge amount of time, money and resource into making Silverstone as good as it can be for MotoGP and our fans. We also want all of those who are attending Silverstone this year to return and we are fully focused on attracting a new wave of fans who can enjoy a memorable weekend of racing and entertainment."
