How to unsubscribe from Newsletters

To unsubscribe yourself from our daily Newsletters, you should log into our website, then click on "Edit your account" and you will access your personal options area.

Select "Edit" and unselect the Newsletter field. Then click on Submit at the bottom of the page.

If you do not remember your user name and/or password, you can go to Forgot Password at the top of the page and write your email address. You will then receive an email helping you to reset your password.

I forgot my password - How can I retrieve it ?

If you do not remember your user name and/or password, you should go to Forgot Password on the upper right side of our main page and write your email address. You will then receive an email helping you reset your password.

Adjust the current settings of your e-mail provider such as Spam filters, Safe list, send Spam to Spam folder, etc. so that it accepts mails from and check that there is available mailbox space.

I cannot view video content after purchasing a package

Make sure you are correctly logged in and that you have a valid package. We suggest you upgrade your Flash Macromedia Plug to the newest version.

Then check your Navigator configuration and the cookies. If the cookies have been deactivated, please activate them and clear the old ones. Delete the cache, then try again to log into the homepage.

If you have any firewall or anti pop-up software we suggest you desactivate them.

We also recommend you to close any other applications open on your computer while viewing the video. If you have a standard video pass, make sure that you are selecting standard videos and not high res ones. If it still doesn't work please use the contact form and fill in the required fields.

The videos are jerky, jumpy or frozen

If you have a fast enough connection (1,5 MB minimum and maintaining 1,200 kbps), then it will be due to a configuration on your computer. Please check that you do not have any firewall or router security that might cause blocks on the video or have any program open that might be using bandwidth during the live session.

Please also make sure that your line is not being relied on by any third parties and that there is no interference being caused by any device on your connection.

We suggest you close any other applications on your computer while viewing the video, and to try to view it with another browser.

How can I buy a package? What are the prices and conditions?

Please visit our Subscribe section where you will find a description of all the packages available for purchase, two video samples that we recommend you test, and the format descriptions.

When the payment is successfully made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an order code (DDOR)

We suggest you activate all your cookies to make the purchase.

Also make sure that you don't have any Firewall that might be blocking or erasing the cookies.

If it still doesn't work after activating all the cookies, please make the purchase using the link "If you are experiencing problems with the payment process, click here".

You will find this link on the payment page, above the credit cards box.

If it still doesn't work, we suggest you try purchasing the package with a different credit card, or to contact your bank, as your financial institution may have changed any security settings.

I didn't receive a registration e-mail

What do I get to see with the Full Season VideoPass?

You'll get access to the Live Video sessions for all GPs, to the Video Library and to the full Live Timing application. You also get to enjoy numerous interviews, features and special presentations in-between and during each Grand Prix, and the MotoGP Classics.

How can I see the videos?

Before trying to watch a video, make sure you are logged in. Also note that the access to the Hi-Res videos is only available to the users who purchased the Hi-Res VideoPass. Hi-Res+ is also only available to those who have a Hi-Res VideoPass and who have the correct bandwidth specifications. For the best possible experience when viewing motogp.com videos and when using the live timing application, please ensure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player as well as a recent version of your internet browser.

What do I get to see with the One-Event VideoPass?

You'll get access to the Live Video sessions for the GP you selected. During the validity period of your package, you also have access to the Video Library and to the full Live Timing application. You also get to enjoy numerous interviews, features and special presentations during the Grand Prix. MotoGP Classics is not included in this VideoPass.

For how long can I use my One-Event VideoPass?

From Thursday at 7.00 AM (GMT) before a Grand Prix to the next Tuesday at 7.00 AM (GMT). Please note: For TT Assen this will be from Monday to Monday.

What is the video format?

The 2010 MotoGP races are available in Hi-Res+ format, both live and on-demand, and the 2010 races from MotoGP, Moto2 and 125cc are available in Hi-Res live and on-demand. Hi-Res+ delivers quality of 960x540px at 1700kbps depending on your bandwidth, and Hi-Res is 960x540px at 1200kbps. All sessions from all categories on each GP weekend are available in Standard quality live and on-demand, which is 640x360px at 650kbps

What do I get to see with the MotoGP Classics VideoPass?

You'll get access to all three volumes, each with an exclusive selection of 17 full length races, specially remastered for an unprecedented experience of MotoGP's finest hours, with the most exciting battles in the premier class since 1992.
