Redding happy with progress at the Red Bull Ring

Brit made some solid steps forward ahead of his home GP at Silverstone

Scott Redding (Octo Pramac Racing) had a good run at the Red Bull Ring in Austria, with some solid progress show all weekend and good pace in the race. After some more difficult rounds of late, the result and the steps forward are a good injection of extra confidence ahead of the British GP at Silverstone – somewhere Redding has made his own and where he has a great track record.

Almost making it through to Q2, the youngest ever GP winner eventually started 15th in Spielberg, moving up to P12 in the race for another point-scoring finish.

Scott Redding, P12: “If I have to be honest I’m happy with this weekend. We made steps forward day after day. The race was not easy but I’m happy and I go to Silverstone, my home GP, with great confidence.”
