Jorge Lorenzo (Ducati Team) was one man who showed good pace in both the fully wet FP1 and drying FP2, taking P6 in the morning and then going second with a late strike in the afternoon. But weather looks set to change on Saturday, meaning the winner at Aragon in 2014 and 2015 will reserve judgement after some more - hopefully dry - track time.
Jorge Lorenzo, P2: "Well it has been quite positive considering the conditions were not perfect – it was quite wet, but not completely dry. We didn’t manage to get a conclusion about our performance because tomorrow looks as if it will be dry, but we’ve been quite competitive: sixth in the morning, second in the afternoon, so it was okay."
