Dynavolt Intact GP propose Raffin for 2019 MotoE™ season

Swiss rider will look to take part in the inaugural FIM Enel MotoE™ World Cup campaign with the German team

Dynavolt Intact GP will be one of the 12 teams taking part in the inaugural FIM Enel MotoE™ World Cup next season, with Jesko Raffin set to be their rider in 2019.

The Swiss rider has three years of experience in the Moto2™ class and currently leads the FIM CEV Repsol Moto2™ European Championship by 50 points, with Raffin scoring a point at Misano last time out after he replaced Alejandro Medina.

Raffin: “It's a great opportunity to start in such a professional team. I am very grateful for the trust they place in me. I am extremely motivated because it is a brand-new Championship. In Misano, I not only watched the demonstration lap, I also attended the test with both test riders and it looked very interesting. Of course, it's hard to get an idea about next season, because it will be new for everyone, the bikes will be the same. In any case, I am really looking forward to climbing on this bike at the end of November.”

A committee must examine the applications submitted by each selected team before they are confirmed to ride in MotoE™ next year.
