Daijiro Katoh #74 - Honda NSR 250
Position: 1st
Time: 44´29.546

´In the first part I was leading at high pace, but I knew it would be difficult to run away. I kept pushing anyway, but I made a mistake and Harada overtook me. From that moment on I felt race would be decided at lastlap.I spent some time behind him and this allowed me to study the best place to pass him again. I never gave up, on the contrary, I believed I could make it. I´m so delighted with this victory, everything is just going perfect and I´m looking forward to racing in Italy.´

Emilio Alzamora #7 - Honda NSR 250
Position: 4th
Time: 44´46.359

´I´m certainly happy with today´s result. Fourth position shows that my feeling with NSR is getting better and better. What I need now is to learn more the reaction of my machine during race, especially at the end, when tyres become used. I´ve been making more and more experience and this is good help to understand the behaviour of my bike. I already improved my working method during qualifying and step by step I will also get ready to attack in 250 class.´

Fausto Gresini - Team manager

´Daijiro was really fantastic. When you win it´s always good, but to win the way he did today is even more exciting. It was not a easy race, but he battled till the end and showed once again how great he is. I´m very happyalso for Emilio who is getting faster and faster and has been making big progress. I´m sure soon he will also be with the leading group of 250.´
