First official group photo of MotoGP World Championship riders

The riders who will compete in this year\'s MotoGP World Championship gathered today in the pit-lane of the Circuit of Catalunya to pose for the first official group photo of the season. The only absentee from the photo was Australian Garry McCoy who is still recovering from the fractured right leg he suffered on the first day of the recent IRTA test session in Estoril. Some notable debuts were made at the photo session, the new Suzuki GSV-R bore the colours of Telefonica Movistar. The Aprilia RS3 parted with tradition by ditching the marque\'s traditional black for a new light-blue colour scheme, and the bikes from the Yamaha D\'Antin set-up paraded this season\'s chosen colours for the first time. After posing on their bikes, the riders got back down to the serious business out on the track as the second and final day of the IRTA test session in Catalunya got underway. The test will be the last official get together on European soil, before the MotoGP roadshow heads to Japan for the final round of IRTA tests at Suzuka which precede the season\'s opening race at the Japanese circuit.
