MotoGP riders go kangaroo crazy Down Under

As the final preparations for the SKYY Vodka Australian Grand Prix were being made at the Phillip Island circuit this afternoon, several of the top riders took the chance to visit the local wildlife. MotoGP stars Shinya Nakano, John Hopkins and Loris Capirossi were joined by top 250 riders Roby Rolfo and Toni Elias as they visited the Phillip Island Wildlife Park, based just around the corner from the track.

`It is always nice to get away from the circuit and Phillip Island is one of the most beautiful places we visit,´ said Nakano. `To get so close to the kangeroos is a great opportunity because you can only really do it in Australia! It is great fun and a good way to start the weekend´.
