Roby Rolfo, winner:

´The rhythm was very good from the beginning of the race and many riders were lapping quickly. I tried to push as hard as I could from the beginning. This was an unbelievable race. I am really, really happy. The team have done a great job this weekend and for the whole season, even though we have a little bit more to do if we want these results regularly. For me the season starts now. I have to give thanks to HRC and those all around me.´

Fonsi Nieto, runner-up:

´Today I'm happy because I gave 100%. I thought I could win. I found it easy to follow Porto and Rolfo but I picked a hard rear tyre and had a big slide, which forced me to run off the track. I cam back to the front very strong but my tyres were destroyed at the end. I tried to pass Rolfo but had another big moment. Second is OK today and also for the Championship.´

Randy De Puniet, 3rd position:

´I am very happy to be back on the podium after two bad races. Third place is OK but at the end I thought I might have been able to pass Rolfo; it was impossible and I had to fight with Nieto for second.´
