The 2005 Japanese Grand Prix in Motegi was one of the most exciting races of the season, and the MotoGP Channel gives you the chance to relive all the action from a memorable weekend. Today we show you the best moments from the MotoGP, 250cc and 125cc races in the land of the rising sun.

Loris Capirossi took a memorable second win for Ducati Marlboro in the MotoGP race. Valentino Rossi couldn´t take the opportunity to secure the title, falling and taking Marco Melandri with him.

The Telefónica Movistar team earned a one-two of Aoyama and Pedrosa in the 250cc race. The Spaniard´s second place extended his lead in the overall standings. Casey Stoner occupied the third podium spot.

Mika Kallio won an accident-filled 125cc Grand Prix, in which Thomas Luthi fell (taking Sergio Gadea out of the race) and finished second. Hector Faubel earned his third podium of the season.
