Riders for Health ride-in raises money for worthy cause

Just under 10,000 euros raised at ride-in event on Thursday.

Before the World Championship riders had even taken to the track at the Circuito de Jerez, some charitable racefans had already performed laps in southern Spain.

The annual Riders for Health ride-in once again attracted well over a hundred participants on Thursday afternoon, raising just under 10,000 euros for the official MotoGP charity.

After following in the footsteps of their idols on track, the riders had lunch and were taken on a tour of the paddock, where they ran into some of the MotoGP stars preparing for their first practice sessions.

Riders for Health wish to thank the Barceló Montecastillo Resort for providing catering for the event.
