Kornfeil tops wet FP1

Czech rider beats worsening weather to take the top spot in Jerez

Jakub Kornfeil (Peugeot MC Saxoprint) went quickest in an FP1 characterised by worsening conditions, setting a laptime early and remaining top throughout. Tony Arbolino (SIC58 Squadra Corse) was second, ahead of wildcard Vicente Perez (Reale Avintia Academy).

Only 25 riders set times, with laptimes spread from the 2:01.000 of Kornfeil down to a 2:08.118.
