Jorge Martin (Del Conca Gresini Moto3) was fastest in the third practice session for the lightweight class, after track action was sluggish to get underway following some rain ahead of action. By the end of the session, however, there was a late shootout on slicks topped by the Spaniard - by four tenths. Compatriot Juanfran Guevara (RBA BOE Racing Team) was second quickest, ahead of new World Champion Joan Mir (Leopard Racing).
There was one crash, for Marco Bezzecchi (CIP) - but the Italian was soon on his feet after an otherwise impressive session.
