Marco Bezzecchi (Mooney VR46 Racing Team) is set to travel to the Indonesian GP, as he bids to find fitness for the weekend's action at Mandalika. The Italian fractured his collarbone after a training crash at The Ranch in Tavulia last weekend, and then underwent successful surgery shortly thereafter.
There is someone who doesn’t want to lose his flight to Indonesia 🤩 #IndonesianGP 💪🏻

The incident cast doubt on his participation in Indonesia, but 'Bez' will travel to the island nation as he aims to keep his Championship hopes alive. Sitting third in the standings, 54 points adrift of Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati Lenovo Team), the #72 is desperate to reel in his rivals, but in order to do so, he must be passed fit for the Indonesia GP at a medical check on Thursday.
Should Bezzecchi get the all clear, and compete across the weekend, then it would be very reminiscent of Jorge Lorenzo's incredible comeback from a similar injury in Assen 2013.
