Tony Arbolino’s (VNE Snipers) 1:42.275 in Moto3™ morning Warm Up at the Motul TT Assen put the Italian 0.264 clear of the field, with Red Bull KTM Ajo’s Can Öncü going well on Sunday morning to finish second, 0.011 ahead of third place Albert Arenas (Sama Qatar Angel Nieto Team).

Air temperatures are already up to 28 degrees at the TT Circuit Assen as Moto3™ kicked off proceedings on race day. Behind the fastest trio was rookie Filip Salac (Redox PrüstelGP), the Czech rider going up to fourth on his final flying lap to push Jaume Masia (Bester Capital Dubai) down to fifth.
Fourth on the grid Tatsuki Suzuki (SIC58 Squadra Corse) crashed at Turn 1 – rider ok.
