John McPhee (Peugeot MC Saxoprint) has topped a wet warm up in Brno, ahead of Estrella Galicia 0,0 rider Aron Canet and last year’s Czech GP winner Niccolo Antonelli (Ongetta-Rivacold).
Khairul Idham Pawi (Honda Team Asia), who is making a name for himself in the wet, was also impressive for a P4 finish, before a late tangle with RBA Racing’s Gabriel Rodrigo. Jorge Navarro (Estrella Galicia 0,0) completed the top five, with key title rival Brad Binder (Red Bull KTM Ajo) in P8.
