Sunday morning warm-up gave the riders their final chance to fine-tune their race packages ahead of the Gran Premi Monster Energy de Catalunya. It was Maverick Viñales (Aprilia Racing) who topped the timesheets with a 1:40.082 ahead of his teammate and Tissot Sprint victor Aleix Espargaro. Franco Morbidelli (Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP™) also got a good start to his Sunday at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya as he put himself into P3.

Fabio Quartararo (Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP™) bagged P4 ahead of Miguel Oliveira (CryptoDATA RNF MotoGP™ Team ) who rounded out the top 5, with Jorge Martin (Prima Pramac Racing) starting race day with a P6.
