First-time winners, fierce battles and double delight at Magny-Cours

Round 4 of the FIM MotoJunior World Championship delivered breakthrough victories, dramatic last-lap action, and a dominant double display in the Moto2 European Championship.

Round 4 of the FIM MotoJunior World Championship delivered breakthrough victories, dramatic last-lap action, and a dominant double display in the Moto2 European Championship.

Moto3 Junior

- In the sole Moto3 Junior World Championship race of the day, Carlos Cano (CFMOTO Aspar Junior Team) converted his first pole position into victory.

- He fended off Fernando Bujosa (AC Racing Team) as the #69 finished in second place.

- Travis Borg (Team Monlau Motul) completed the podium as he secured his second rostrum in a row, and his fourth of the season, with third after beating Yaroslav Karpushin (CFMOTO Aspar Junior Team) in a last-lap fight.

- Championship leader heading into the round, Giulio Puglisese (CFMOTO Aspar Junior Team) finished in tenth.

Moto2 European Championship

- Race 1 in the Moto2 European Championship was a thrilling affair as Milan Pawelec (AGR Team) claimed victory ahead of Unai Orradre (Momoven Racing), after the #10 made an error at Turn 8 while leading.

- Alessandro Morosi (EAGLE-1) completed the podium as he took his first rostrum in the class.

- Race 2 was a similar affair, with Orradre leading for the majority of the race.

- However, over the final few laps, Pawelec closed down the gap and passed his title rival to secure a double at Magny-Cours. Morosi once again completed the podium.

Moto4 European Cup

- Victor Cubeles (Team Impala Honda) claimed a first win in the Moto4 European Cup in a dramatic Race 1. He crossed the line behind Alvaro Lucas (CFMOTO Aspar Junior Team) but the #46 received a track limits penalty, demoting him to second.

- Mateo Marulanda (AC Racing Team) battled from 13th on the grid to claim P3, his second podium in a row.

- In Race 2, Lorenzo Pritelli (Team Echovit Pasini Racing) came out on top in an eight-rider scrap for his second win of the season.

- Lucas once again finished in second, with Cubeles backing up his Race 1 victory with P3 in Race 2.

Stock European Championship

- French rider Lorenzo Fellon (SF Racing) claimed an emotional first win in the Stock European Championship on home soil.

- Jacopo Cretaro (Zivimotor) finished second on his first appearance of the season, missing out on victory by just 0.313s.

- Miguel Bernal (MDR Competicion) completed the podium and was less than half-a-second away from victory.
