気温３２度、路面温度５１度のドライコンディションの中、１２番グリッドのブラッド・ビンダーは、２.２９６秒差の２位。最終ラップの逆転で２戦連続６度目の表彰台を獲得すれば、１０番グリッドのイケル・レクオナは、２.５４４秒差の３位に入り、昨年１１月の最終戦バレンシアＧＰ以来今季初表彰台を獲得。
６番グリッドのアウグスト・フェルナンデェスは、２.５８５秒差の４位。ポールポジションのアレックス・マルケスは、２.９１９秒差の５位。３番グリッドのホルヘ・マルティンは、中量級の最高位となる６位に進出。８番グリッドのトーマス・ルティ、９番グリッドのニコロ・ブレガ、１３番グリッドのソムキアット・チャントラ、１７番グリッドのマルコ・ベツェッキがトップ１０入り。
２番グリッドの長島哲太はホールショットを決めたが、１７.１４７秒差の１５位。２１番グリッドのホルヘ・ナバーロは１７位。
チャンピオンシップは、総合１位マルケスが１１ポイントを加算。総合３位フェルナンデスが４０ポイント差の総合２位に再浮上すれば、総合５位ビンダーが４４ポイント差の総合３位に浮上した。
